About the Shipping

Usually, we ship the order out within 1-2 days, and the shipping takes about 5-8 work days. After your order is shipped out, we will email you the tracking number. You can track it on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or www.usps.com ( only for American customers) in 1-2 days. Please keep track of your order and sign for it in time, for when your package is sent to your house but you are not at home to receive it, it will only be retained in your post office for some time, e.g. in the US, usually if the package is not delivered within 5 days, it will be returned to the sender.

About the Shipping Cost

We offer free EMS shipping to many countries, such as the US, UK, Australia, Canada etc, but the shipping to other countries, Eastern Europe, South and Central America, Russia, Africa and the Middle East need to be assumed by the customers. How to Know the Order Status?

Dear customer, we will email you the order confirmation very soon after you finish the payment. Please check all information about your order, especially the size of the items and the shipping address. We will also email you timely when your order is updated, especially when your order come across troubles, so a valid email address is required.

About Our Return Policy

Our site www.glasses-sun.com is a professional designer sunglasses online store, and I believe you will be satisfied with our quality and service, for highest quality and best service are the pursuit of all glasses-sun.com members. But if unfortunately there are any quality problems with our cheap sunglasses, please contact us via emails: sale@glasses-sun.com    or  glasses-sun@hotmail.com, and we accept return or refund.

We accept the return of the items in the cases:
1.There are some quality problems with your items.
2.The items are in the wrong size/ item/ color.

Also non-returnable case:

1. You Dislike the item or do not want it after receiving it.
2. Size standard or material disputed

You can ask our customer service for our delivery address. We can not process exchange or refund until receiving the returned items. Please note that the items needed to return must be new, unworn, clean and in the original packaging, with original tags, box. And we can only accept the return within one week after you sign for the package. After sending the items back, please email us the tracking no.. If the package is lost on the way, we are very sorry that we can not process exchange or refund for you. Glasses-sun.com are not responsible for any lost returned shipment. And the two-way shipping fee must be borne by the customers. After we receive the returned items, please allow us 1-3 days to process exchange or refund.
